Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Good Recipe mobile application, website, and related services. By using Good Recipe, you agree to these Terms.

Who may use the service

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure.

Nutrition and health disclaimer

Good Recipe provides general educational tools and estimates. It is not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for a qualified veterinarian or veterinary nutritionist. Nutrient needs vary. Seek professional guidance before making material dietary changes, especially for growing, pregnant, elderly, ill, or medicated animals. In an emergency, contact a veterinarian immediately.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer protected parts except where law permits, or use Good Recipe to violate another person's rights.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to submit it.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android under the price and billing period shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable store before renewal. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Refunds are handled under the applicable store policies and law. Deleting a Good Recipe account does not itself cancel a store subscription.

Service changes and availability

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Termination

You may stop using Good Recipe or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the effective date. If a material change requires consent, we will provide appropriate notice. Questions can be sent to support@good-recipe.net.
