Delete your Good Recipe account

You can delete your account inside the Good Recipe app. If you no longer have the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account.
Send your request
Email us from your account email so we can verify ownership.
Complete verification
We may send a confirmation message or ask for limited information needed to prevent unauthorized deletion.
Deletion is completed
We will delete the account and associated cloud data, normally within 30 days after verification.
What will be deleted
Your Good Recipe authentication account, profile information, and associated cloud data under our control will be deleted. Certain minimal transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law, then deleted or anonymized according to applicable retention periods.
Data stored on your device
Pet profiles, recipes, weight records, and preferences may be stored locally. If you still have the app, use its deletion controls before uninstalling. Uninstalling the app generally removes its local app data from that device.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the applicable store to prevent future renewal.
